I’ve always been a huge fan of steak. Whatever it is, beef, fish, chicken or lamb steak, I love them all.
When I was in grade 11, my friend told me that there’s a brand new steak house open in town. it’s call Holy Cow steak. It opened at Jalan Senopati. They said the price is not so expensive for a steak, and tastes so delicious. Since then, I’m always craving for this food but never get the chance to try it.
When I heard that this steakhouse open at Jalan Panjang, it’s really near my house and finally I can taste this food. After asking lots of people about this food, they told me to whether I order wagyu or eye ribs. So I order eye ribs.
When I came to that place, it’s a quite big place and full of people. The waiters served very well and pretty fast because it’s full of customers.
A rare medium 400 gram eye ribs with mashed potatoes and barbeque sauce. I finally choose to order that. The meat was perfect, it’s pink inside. But after i tried my friend’s black pepper sauce, it’s better than mine. Other than that, the steak was really good. The price itself is worthed. It’s only IDR 150.000. After almost three years craving for Holy Cow, I really want to eat that again. And next time, I’ll order a beef wagyu with mushroom or black pepper sauce. :)

Switzerland always been a beautiful country, and I finally get the chance to visit that awesome place on August 2012. The view is breathtaking and the people are very nice to me. Beside that, I also love the food very much. One of my favorite food is Cheese fondue. There’s a reason cheese fondue never really goes out style: it’s delicious! Everyone told me that I have to try that food when I visit Swiss, it’s a classic well known food in Swiss. And since it’s a traditional dish, it never went ‘out of fashion’ or ‘died out. Of course I have to try it!
First it’s really hard to find a restaurant that sell cheese fondue, but the tour guide told me that I can get that food when we arrived at Interlaken. After we asked the local people where we can get it, they told us to visit Bebbis restaurant. It’s delicious, indeed. I can feel that the cheese is very strong. Using ingredients that were available in the winter which is cheese, white wine and big cubed bread.
The fun way to eat cheese fondue is we need equipment like fondue fork, and then dip the bread into the fondue. I love when I feel the cheese in my mouth and i can smell the white wine. Nothing is better than that. Very recommended! :)
I love to eat chocolate very very much. So here’s the fact about chocolate. The more bitter it tastes, the more expensive, good and pure it is. And that is what life should be. PURE. :)
